Launch draft terms for founder review
Effective April 10, 2026. This page gives Daily 8 a practical launch baseline for fair-play rules, account expectations, and product operations. It still requires human legal review before release.
Using Daily 8 Games
Daily 8 Games is a browser-based game product. Guests may play without signing in. Signed-in accounts unlock persistent profiles, saved stats, leaderboards, badges, and other account-backed features.
Accounts and eligibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of the email you use for magic-link access and for activity on your account. Do not impersonate another person, abuse guest/account flows, or try to evade moderation decisions.
Gameplay, scores, and fair play
Scores, leaderboard placement, and public profile visibility are subject to server validation, anti-fraud review, moderation, and product rules. Daily 8 may reject, suppress, or remove runs or accounts when suspicious, abusive, or invalid behavior is detected.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the service, scrape private data, reverse engineer protected systems, automate abusive score submission, or interfere with the experience of other players.
Intellectual property
Daily 8 Games, its branding, site design, written copy, original artwork, and original code remain the property of the product owner or its licensors. Third-party marks, mechanics, or inspired formats require separate human review before launch.
Service changes and suspension
The product may add, remove, rebalance, rename, or suspend games, features, accounts, or public boards at any time, especially during launch and anti-fraud review.
